This project aims to address the key issues identified by the municipal administration through a comprehensive reorganisational strategy for the old school complex of Narni. It involves integrating essential services that were previously lacking while proposing an overall revitalisation. This process includes constructing new volumes, reconfiguring external spaces and pathways. The project thus focuses on transforming the entire area, aiming to create a modern aesthetic with deliberate choices in shapes and colours that help to define a new visual identity. The new buildings prioritise functional and formal simplicity, defined by curvilinear shapes that foster a playful atmosphere and convey a sense of safety. Covered outdoor areas enhance the interaction between interiors and green environments, creating inviting spaces that encourage social interaction, recreational and teaching activities. This innovative approach aims to establish a complex of gathering spaces while maintaining a dialogue with existing structures, seeking integration despite any stylistic disparities.
