We inform you that the data you provide to the site manager when completing the  "CONTACT FORM" (also called form mail) on this site will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Code regarding the protection of personal data.

The contact form provided on the site serves the sole purpose of enabling visitors to contact the site administrator by sending an email via said form, should they choose to do so.

This information pertains to the personal data submitted by the visitor when completing the contact form.

We would like to inform you that the data you voluntarily provide via the form will be converted into an email and may be stored in the email reception system used by the site owner.

This data will not be stored on other media or devices, nor will any other data derived from your browsing on the site be recorded.

The purpose of the processing of your data is as follows:The information you provide will be used solely to reach you using the contact details you provided through the contact form, in order to address any requests included in your message sent via the contact form available on the website.

The processing of the provided personal data will be conducted through the operations specified in Article 4(1)(a) of Legislative Decree 196/2003. This processing is carried out directly by the owner's organisation.

3. Nature of the provision and consequences of refusal

Providing the personal data requested in the contact form to the site manager is entirely optional.Providing data via the contact form is optional.However, refusing to provide the data for the purposes mentioned in Art. 1 will make it impossible to contact the website manager using the contact form provided on the site.

The personal data collected through the contact form will be sent via email to the manager of this website, who will act as the data controller.

5. Rights of the individual concerned

e) the individuals or categories of individuals to whom the personal data may be disclosed, or who may come to know of it, including designated representatives within the State, data processors, or agents.

 

 

 

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:

 

a) the updating, rectification, or, when applicable, integration of the data;

 

b) the deletion, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;

 

c) The data subject has the right to obtain certification that the actions referred to in a) and b) including their content, have been communicated to those to whom the data has been disclosed or disseminated, except where this requirement is impossible or involves means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
