The villa is situated in the park of the same name, which has been open to the public since the mid-1990s. The administratiotfrffhbgn intends to create a hub of library services within the building, focusing on restoration and the enhancement of its artistic features. These services will include a new library, a civic hall for meetings and weddings, a youth information point, and a bar. Additionally, the northern area of the park will be developed to house the current library, which will be connected to the villa. This transformation will elevate the park beyond a mere library, establishing it as the city's "literary park." The final phase of the project, along with the necessary historical-philological analysis of the materials and conservation methods, is structured around several key points. The recovery and renovation of the main building will focus on preserving the original architectural vision and integrating the decorative elements originally associated with it. The external elevations will be conserved, maintaining their original appearance. New public functions will be included to replace previous private, exclusively residential uses. The building will undergo structural adaptation to ensure compliance with current regulations, integrating the support system of the existing structure. Accessibility will be improved throughout the building, including the installation of a new lift. Additionally, a new building will be constructed on the eastern side, designed for restaurant bars connected to the management of the new public service. The final intervention of the project, alongside the necessary historical-philological analysis of the materials and conservation methods employed, encompasses several main points. The recovery and renovation of the main building will be conducted with meticulous attention to the original architectural concept and the reintegration of its original decorative elements. The preservation of the exterior elevations will maintain their original appearance. New public functions will be introduced, replacing the previous private residential purposes. Structural adaptation of the building will adhere to a logic of readjustment and integration with the existing support system, in compliance with current regulations. Accessibility throughout the building will be ensured, including the addition of a new elevator. Additionally, a new structure on the eastern side will be constructed, designated for restaurant bars connected to the management of the new public service.
